Truworths is looking for a dynamic and versatile Flexi Sales Consultant (Cross-Trained) to join the Bredasdorp team. In this role, you’ll work both on the sales floor and at the service desk—delivering exceptional customer service and helping create a vibrant in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
- Merchandise the store in line with MBP (Merchandise Business Principles)
- Process payments and purchases via the POS system
- Open new customer accounts
- Help manage and reduce stock loss

- Previous experience on the sales floor and at the cash desk
- Solid product knowledge and a passion for fashion
- Strong selling and customer engagement skills
