In this role, you’ll sell medical insurance products over the phone to potential customers, ensuring they receive the coverage best suited to their needs.

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated salesperson with a strong understanding of medical insurance and a knack for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to promote and sell medical insurance policies
Clearly explain policy features, coverage options, and benefits to prospective clients
Understand customer needs to offer personalised insurance solutions
Build rapport with clients to foster trust and long-term relationships
Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
Proven sales experience, particularly in telesales or a customer-focused role
Knowledge of medical insurance products and terminology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, listening, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
