You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales — all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote, upsell, and close deals on products and services
Generate and manage sales leads and follow up effectively
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain excellent customer service and communication
Accurately capture customer information and update records

Minimum Requirements

Matric / NQF Level 4
28 years of age or older (essential)
Previous sales or customer service experience (advantageous)
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
Resilient, goal-driven, and self-motivated
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Positive team player attitude
