Your Role Will Involve:
- Assisting walk-in customers with product enquiries and purchases
- Promoting sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Merchandising products and ensuring the shop floor is presentable
- Performing stock taking, stock control, and replenishment
- Assembling and disassembling tools or machinery for display
- Supporting general retail branch procedures and admin
What Adendorff is Looking For:
✅ A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
✅ A team player who is honest, reliable, and confident
✅ Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in retail (sales, merchandising, stock handling, or customer service)
✅ Technical knowledge or interest in DIY tools and hardware is a strong advantage
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for tools, machinery, and customer satisfaction
