Description
This structured learnership leads to an Instrument Mechanician Trade Test Certificate, conducted under the auspices of the Mining Qualification Authority (MQA).
What You Will Gain

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- A completed N6, S4, or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) – Specialisation in Instrumentation and Process Control is essential.
- Basic theoretical knowledge of process control systems; and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numerical skills
- Computer literacy and medical fitness to work at both PMR and BMR plants
