Objective of Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging talent across a variety of functions. This is a great opportunity to learn how hiring works in a regulated, science-driven industry while building practical HR and recruitment skills.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding
- Assist with risk checks including references
- Assist with CV screening and candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
- Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruitment processes
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Degree in Human Resources; Psychology, Business, Life Sciences
- Honours is an advantage

Computer Skills Required
