The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for its 24-month GEPFuture Internship Programme, running from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028. Internship Fields and Qualifications

The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is recruiting interns in the following areas:

DisciplineRequired Qualification
Supply Chain ManagementBTech/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain
Human Capital Management (HR)N6/National Diploma/Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology
InvestmentsDegree in Investment Management, Economics, Accounting or related
Information TechnologyNational Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related
Legal (Ombud)Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB)
Secretariat & AdministrationN6/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related
Graphic DesignDiploma/Degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design (portfolio required if shortlisted)

Who Should Apply?

You must be:

  • A South African citizen aged 18–35
  • An unemployed graduate with at least a 3-year Degree/National Diploma
  • A candidate who has completed course work and/or requires workplace exposure for qualification completion
  • Applicants with prior internship experience or formal employment in the field of study are not eligible
