Job Purpose
To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executives. The role includes arranging travel and logistics, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, overseeing office administration, supporting health and safety compliance, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination across the Executive Office.
Duties & Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Booking conference and meeting room facilities.
- Manage diaries and calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, maintain professional records, and support executive-level communication.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange and confirm all travel bookings through approved travel agencies.
- Prepare travel itineraries, track costs, and process expense claims.
- Ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.
Health & Safety
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards within National Office.
- Coordinate safety audits, training, and documentation as required.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Level 4 (NQF Level 4)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (NQF Level 5 or higher) – Advantageous
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, 3–5 years in diary and travel management, and 2 years in health & safety coordination
