Position Overview

Pam Golding Properties – Western Seaboard is seeking driven and ambitious individuals who are passionate about launching a career in real estate. This opportunity offers aspiring agents the chance to align with a globally respected property brand while gaining practical experience in marketing and selling residential properties.

Candidates must currently reside in the Milnerton area, and must be equipped with the following:

A valid driver’s license
Their own reliable vehicle
A personal laptop

Note: In accordance with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), all prospective candidates must be willing to apply and pay for:

Their Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
Enrolment into the NQF4 Real Estate qualification

Candidates should also be prepared to support themselves financially for the initial months of training, prior to earning commission-based income.

Key Responsibilities

Listing, marketing, and selling residential properties
Understanding and assessing clients’ needs and financial capabilities
Promoting property sales through advertising and show house events
Completing agreements, mandate documents, and compliance paperwork
Conducting comparative market analyses to estimate property values
Collaborating with legal professionals and mortgage originators
Staying informed on real estate laws, industry practices, and negotiation strategies

All responsibilities will be supported by mentorship from a qualified, full-status agent.

Minimum Requirements

Education

National Senior Certificate (Matric)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
