
Office Administrator

Location: Muizenberg, Western Cape
Job Description
This position requires someone with generalist skills willing and able to perform a wide range of office and financial administration tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reception duties and day-to-day running of the office space
- Purchase office supplies
- Assist project staff with admin support
- Produce receipts, quotes and invoices
- Process payments
- Capture expenditure and income on Sage Bank recon, petty cash and other financial admin tasks
- Maintain production, inventory and shipping records
- General office administration
Qualifications and Requirements
- Post Matric qualification in office administration, business admin, financial admin, or similar.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the nonprofit sector Experience using Sage Accounting software preferable
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- High level of computer proficiency
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs & Sheets Advanced spreadsheet skills, preferred
- Own transport preferable
- Experience in both financial and general office administration
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
