Purpose of Role
Tharisa Minerals aims to provide recently graduated students with an opportunity to gain exposure in the working environment, for a limited duration contract period of 2 years as a graduate. The Tharisa Minerals Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to gain business skills in the mining industry, gain exposure related to your field of expertise as well as acquire critical business competencies.
Role Context
Tharisa Minerals offers graduate exposure opportunities in the following disciplines:
- Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering (GDP001-M/CE)
- Geology (GDP001-G)
- Mining Engineering (GDP001- ME)
- Rock Engineering (GDP001 – RE)
- Survey (GDP001-S)
- Instrumentation (GDP001-I)
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N-Diploma / Degree for the fields of study mentioned in the categories above.
- NO prior work experience in the field of study or any internship / graduate program.
- Excellent academic results
- Basic computer literacy

Inherent requirements
Must be medically fit.
