Accounts Receivable Controller

Key Performance Areas
- Resolution of Retailer queries
- Ensure excellent relationships with the Retailers
- Collect outstanding monies on problematic overdue accounts
- Ensure that journals and EFTs are processed timeously
- Control and manage customer queries
- Account reviews and reassessments
- Handle allocations
- Staff recruitment and training
- Effectively manage the performance of the Accounts Receivable Clerks
- Train Members
- Report on overdues and claims
Minimum requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Related tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- 3 Years credit control experience
- 2 Years supervisory experience will be advantageous
- Knowledge/experience in legal aspects of credit control in FMCG will be advantageous
- Financial accounting analysis
- Excel intermediate
- SAP experience will be advantageous
- MS Office literate
- Ability to resolve queries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and be self-motivated
- Must be analytical
- In possession of a valid Driver’s licence and be able to drive
