As a Graduate, you will:
- Take part in soft skills and technical training
- Conduct daily team specific tasks
- Participate in team specific tasks and deliverables
- Participate in cross-divisional project teams
- Participate in team and business projects
Exposure may include:
- Introduction to Life Claims Management
- Work with data
- Train on understanding the Reinsurance business and life cycle of insurance products
- Introduction to Treaties
- Basic claims assessment, including identifying risk, assessing these and documenting accordingly
Your profile:
- BSc –OT or equivalent qualification. An excellent academic record
- Individuals who are driven and passionate
- Tamwork skills
- Knowledge seeker
- Flexibility
- Advanced Excel and Access.
