
HR Intern

Location: Rustenburg
Royal Bafokeng is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department with day-to-day HR operations. This role offers valuable workplace exposure and practical experience across key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting and interview coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both electronic and manual filing systems)
- Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including meetings, hearings, and consultations
- Assist with all HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organisational events
- Perform general HR administrative duties and provide support on ad hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Completed NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
