The program is a fixed 18-month program starting in early 2026. You will be supported by a mentor in your team to assist and guide you in understanding the business and help you grow
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant B Com; B Agric or Business Management degree
- Willingness to job rotate and be away from the appointed place of work
- Driver’s license required
- No experience

- Learn how to manage yourself, engage with others and work within a team
- Understand the operations of the business and its departments
- Gain real world experience in a fast-paced retail industry
