A recognised academic qualification: Senior Certificate / National Senior Certificate / National Senior Certificate Vocational.
Applicants must be:
- Registered tertiary students, OR
- Unemployed individuals with one or more tertiary qualifications, OR
- Unemployed graduates.
Strong numerical skills with Mathematics / Mathematical Literacy at Grade 12 level.
Second-year tertiary students or above will have an advantage.
Prior experience in examinations administration (as an Examination Assistant or Quality Assurer at District Office, Marking Centre, or Office-based) will be advantageous.
Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.

Receive, check, control, scan, and pack scripts daily for marking.
Verify that the correct number of scripts and mark sheets per batch, subject, paper, and examination session are accounted for.
Resolve any discrepancies in batches, subjects, papers, or examination sessions.
Ensure each script bag contains two copies of the MP Flow control list and is tagged with the correct colour-coded marking venue label.
Prepare and maintain marking centre files for all scripts dispatched to marking venues.
Assist with the dispatch and secure transfer of scripts to marking centres.
Archive scripts systematically after marking, ensuring proper indexing for retrieval.
Receive, control, and safely store marked scripts at Head Office for future access.
