
Transport Clerk. RCL Foods is recruiting for a driven, highly energized, fleet orientated Transport Clerk within the baking business unit.
The suitable candidate will be required to ensure Workshop administration, responsible for supporting the workshop department with all admin related duties in the management of the vehicle fleet.

Minimum Requirements
Education and Qualification
- Matric
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 10) with PDP
- Proficient in MS Office, especially excel
Experience and Training
- 2 Years in experience in an administrative role within a fleet maintenance/ workshop environment
- Fleet Management Software (Advantageous)
- JD Edwards Experience (Advantageous)
Duties & Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Maintain accurate filing records for vehicle fleet
- Order department stationary as required
- Compile daily & monthly fuel usage reconciliations
- Activating fuel orders on Freeway system and generate purchase orders
- Accurate capture of fuel delivered (FMS & Freeway system)
- Verify Time Sheet Submissions from the mechanical team
- Capture time spent by mechanics on allocated job cards
- Adhoc administrative tasks as delegated by fleet manager
- Assist stock controller with storekeeping & stock counts
Fleet Maintenance
• Daily review of vehicle schedule for maintenance & licensing.
• Coordinate & capture tyre management data on to Pro-fleet system.
