
Nexia SAB&T seeks to appoint an Administration Clerk on a fixed term contract to render clerical and administrative support services for the Global Fund Chief Directorate within the National Department of Health in Pretoria.
Responsibilities & Duties for the Administration Clerk
- To render general clerical and secretarial support services;
- To render general administrative support to the Directorate;
- To render logistical support services; and
- To provide human resource administration support services
Qualification, Skills, Competencies & Experience: Administration Clerk
- A grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Public Administration/Office Management and Technology or equivalent (NQF Level 6).;
- 3 Years experience in office administration and/or secretarial services required
- Basic knowledge of administration and secretarial duties, practices as well as the ability to operate computer, capture and maintain database.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Basic knowledge of work procedures in terms of the working environment.
