Administration Clerk: Nexia SAB&T

Nexia SAB&T seeks to appoint an Administration Clerk on a fixed term contract to render clerical and administrative support services for the Global Fund Chief Directorate within the National Department of Health in Pretoria.

Responsibilities & Duties for the Administration Clerk

  • To render general clerical and secretarial support services;
  • To render general administrative support to the Directorate;
  • To render logistical support services; and
  • To provide human resource administration support services

Qualification, Skills, Competencies & Experience: Administration Clerk

  • A grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma in Public Administration/Office Management and Technology or equivalent (NQF Level 6).;
  • 3 Years experience in office administration and/or secretarial services required
  • Basic knowledge of administration and secretarial duties, practices as well as the ability to operate computer, capture and maintain database.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. 
  • Basic knowledge of work procedures in terms of the working environment.
