Job Description
Gaining practical exposure and experience in our Milling QC processes by doing the following:
• Laboratory and Quality Control
• Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations.
• Testing of raw material, in-process, and final products prior to approval.
• Active participation in INVOCOMS.
• Support of the food safety culture plan on site
• Test baking of premix products prior to approval.
• LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs

- Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice.
- Perform all tasks communicated and required
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology (final year)
- Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)
Experience
- As an Intern you will be required to accurately record and keep your workplace exposure (logbook)
- Proactively report on any formal institutional requirement or training sessions
- Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice
- Perform all tasks communicated and required Perform any other tasks required by the QC Manager.
