Artisan Aide position is open at Rand Water. The candidate will conduct general maintenance and wrapping of pipeline equipment and assist in the installation of new pipeline equipment.
Minimum Requirements for Artisan Aide
- Grade 12.
- 2 years’ experience in a Fitting workshop.
- Code 8 driver’s license.
Primary Duties
- Wrapping of pipes.
- Installation of pipeline Equipment.
- Assist Artisan in repairing and assembling.
- General cleaning duties.
- Training and development of assistants.
- Safety and housekeeping.
- Handling industrial relations.
Knowledge
- General maintence.
- Safety knowledge.
Skills
- Ability to do minor repairs.
- Communication skills.

- Perfomance driven.
- Team work.
- Customer Services orientation.
