
A GRV Clerk (Pricing/Receiving Clerk) position is available at Spar, based in Blouberg, Western Cape.
Job Description
The purpose of the GRV Clerk (Pricing/Receiving Clerk) maintains Retail Systems (SS3) on an ongoing basis by performing input and reconciliation tasks; process claims; input category stock takes; and provide systems support for inventory control.
Key Performance Areas
- Maintain inventory data, including:
- – Invoices
- – Claims
- – New suppliers / codes
- GRV register
- Maintain pricing & point of sale
- Reports including:
- – Posting of sales
- – End of day reports
- Category stock takes
- Transfers
- Ex – Swell
- Hygiene & housekeeping
- Ordering
- Promotions
- Spar system 3 back ups
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent with Mathematics
- At least 2 years retail experience
- At least 2 years receiving / merchandising experience
- At least 1 year experience working with computers
