Despatch Manager position at is available at Tiger Brands, to be based in Pretoria.
The Dispatch Manager will responsible for managing the loading and reconciling of all products.
Despatch Manager Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing of orders
- Consolidate orders on Excel
- Manage Invocoms
- Coordinate loading process
- Execute stock counts
- Preparation of reports
- Stock Management/Stock Verification.
- Recon verification and investigation into shorts/Overs on all SKU.
- Salary and Wages (SACO).
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Experience on Oracle
- Academic – Analytical skill, Problem solving, Creative and solution orientated , Self-motivated, capable of working independently and delivering on time, An assertive, goal oriented self-starter with good interpersonal and organizing skills, Detail orientated and decision-making skills
- Leadership – Owning it!, Driving long-term results, Staying a step-ahead
Personal Effectiveness – Effective communication, Interpersonal skills, Integrity, Creativity, Continuous learning,
Experience - Function – Minimum 2 years stock control experience, preferably in a Bakeries
