Job Description

Role Purpose

Attend to all IT related calls logged (Desktops, laptops, printers, network)

Main Output

Attend to all IT related calls logged (Desktops, laptops, printers, network)
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance system Security and efficiency
Basic Domain administration functions for user management
Software installations, Configurations and Support and training to end users
Pro-active support of all assets (printers, desktops, notebooks and telephones) to ensure optimal availability
Assist in Asset management keeping IT Asset List up to date (printers; desktops; notebooks and telephones)
Monitor system performance proactively to minimize downtime.
Regularly test and update backup procedures for data integrity and conduct successful recoveries.
Troubleshoot software issues promptly to ensure optimal system performance.
Basic Network support on all switches and devices
